The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for recording, tracking, and monitoring responses from regulatory agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, US Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies for Endeavor Air.


  • Enter, assign, and track regulatory compliance related action items in the company’s safety and quality database (Q-Pulse).
  • Research and coordinate Endeavor responses to compliance findings from internal and external sources.
  • Conduct verification activities/audits in accordance with department protocols, assuring regulatory compliance to applicable regulations.
  • Analyze and generate reports related to corporate initiatives and key performance indicators.
  • Correct Master Crew List (MCL) discrepancies with the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA).
  • Oversee Endeavor’s Prohibited Cities List for crewmembers.
  • Assist the Director, Safety and Manager, Compliance with investigations, determining root cause, and coordinating with other Endeavor Air Departments regarding compliance concerns.
  • Attend compliance meetings with external regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as the Alternate AOSC, (Airline Operations Security Coordinator) for the airline, as required by the TSA.
  • Monitor external entities (Delta Air Lines, Commercial Aviation Safety Team, Regional Airline Association, Federal Aviation Administration, etc) to ensure Endeavor is following the latest industry safety and security advancements.
  • Serve as a member of the Endeavor Air Go Team responding to accidents and incidents in a support role.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in an aviation related field
  • Possess a general knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and the Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP) preferred
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Previous experience in airline operations preferred
  • Repetitive motion such as typing on the computer and phone work.
  • Occasional physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
  • This position will be required to work outside of normal business hours, including on-call shifts when business needs dictate.
