The Supervisor, AOG/MAC Desk is responsible for daily supervision and guidance for the materials coordinators within the Endeavor Air Supply Chain.


  • Responsible for overall supervision of the designated Materials Coordinators, including providing guidance and instruction concerning the execution of all daily job functions, shift scheduling, payroll, procedural training and performance evaluations
  • Perform routine audits of company computerized maintenance systems ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all daily maintenance reports
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely movement of materials for Aircraft out of Service events, overnight maintenance, and clearance of deferred maintenance items
  • Communicate effectively with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Maintenance Planning and Repairs departments pertaining to any inventory shortage noted throughout the system
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels at the AOG/MAC Desk, as needed to complete all daily assigned job functions through the judicious use of company policy
  • Monitor aircraft and hub operations ensuring materials are routed/rerouted to facilitate any operational irregularity while maintaining the integrity of the maintenance plan and established company performance objectives.
  • Notify Manager of AOG in the event of a scheduling conflict or material shortage effecting the timely compliance of all scheduled maintenance requirements
  • Perform projects and analysis as assigned by the Manager of AOG
  • Work is performed in the Endeavor Airlines OCC, and requires professional contact with OCC personnel, management staff, and business relationships with outside vendors, as well as the FAA
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or materials
  • Prior supervisory experience of at least one year
  • 1-2 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in speech and writing, and intermediate level computer skills required
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment handling a high volume of multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail in making timely operational decisions.
  • Must be capable of producing senior level reports relative to aircraft out of service, material demand, and material sourcing
  • Pertaining to a shift, this will likely be a Monday-Friday position however some overnights and weekend work may be required for vacation and sick coverage as needed
  • Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs
  • Some company travel may be necessary up to 10 percent
