The Crew Records Clerk enters and tracks data of training records to ensure compliance of flight crew and dispatch records.
Prepare training folders for new hire classes.
Perform data entry of flight crew and dispatch training records into the electronic tracking system.
Conduct audits pertaining to data entry of training records.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), crewmember contracts, training manuals, and Company policies.
Correspond with Flight Operations, Flight Operations Training, In-flight, and Crew Scheduling the status of recurrent training, medical certificates, temporary certificates, and passports with advance notification.
Responsible for releasing pilots to Initial Operating Experience (IOE) and Line status once qualified.
Process all Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) requests.
Collect and maintain all training records for Pilots, Flight Attendants, and Dispatchers.
Computer work, in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Experience with CrewQual and CrewTrac preferred
1 year of experience in data entry or clerical role
1 year of aviation or airline experience preferred
PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
Reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
