    Overview

    The Human Resources Coordinator - Outreach is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative and logistic activities for over 170 recruitment events annually. The coordinator utilizes multiple systems such as Delta Term, API, SABRE CrewTrac, iCIMS, along with others, in supporting talent acquisition outreach activities, schedules, travel, and general office work for multiple events each week.  This position works cross-functionally supporting Outreach and Selection teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and coordination support to Talent Acquisition Outreach Team.
    • Maintains overall Outreach calendar of events with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.
    • Coordinate recruitment events and team schedules including flights, hotel, and car rentals to ensure coverage.
    • Work with Crew Planning and Crew Scheduling to schedule Pilot Recruiters for events.
    • Verify and ensure crew payroll expense and reporting is accurate.
    • Handle all payments for outreach and recruitment activities following internal payment processes and procedures.
    • Prepare and send recruiting materials to event locations in the most efficient manner.
    • Coordinates information and data utilizing the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) for the Student To Endeavor Pilot (STEP) program as well as other student outreach programs.
    • Document and track event survey follow up and advises management as necessary on changes.
    • Provide reporting and analysis to better measure event effectiveness, applicant flow, pipeline numbers, number interviews, applicant contingent job offers, and hires.
    • Data entry for a variety of recruitment activities and employment related programs.
    • Answer phones, takes messages, and provides direction/support to incoming callers.
    • Provide filing and all other administrative support to HR professional team as well as back-up support for other Coordinators.
    • Duties are performed in a typical office environment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent coordinator/administrative work experience
    • High degree of attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage schedule to meet given time parameters and deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
    • Strong teamwork orientation
    • Computer and software proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite and other web based systems
    • Must have the ability to stand, walk, sit and work on computer for long periods of time 
    • Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 40 pounds
    • Ability to work additional hours and travel up to 2-5% of the time, which can include evenings and weekends
