    The Program Manager, Inflight Technology Programs will oversee the SkyPro Program including its daily operation and the device refresh cycle, and other department technology programs as assigned. 


    • Maintain records of the SkyPro device assignments, including those assigned to Flight Attendants and those designated as loaner devices.
    • Communicate and meet with vendor partners and IT staff as necessary to maintain program operations.
    • Maintain Company content on Flight Attendants’ SkyPro devices, ensuring that all regulatory documents are uploaded and removed in accordance with their effective dates.
    • Create analytical records of mobile device compliance and document installation and read rates.
    • Manage Flight Attendant device data consumption, and communicate with base management to address any occasions that require their attention.
    • Serve as Tier 2 Tech Support for Flight Attendants’ issues escalated to Endeavor from the SkyPro Hotline call center.
    • Monitor and respond to emails sent to the SkyPro mailbox.
    • Manage loaner device program, including equipment and process for after-hours deployment and returns.
    • Manage additional department technology projects as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
    • 3 years of experience in a technical customer service role
    • 2 years of airline experience preferred
    • Advanced knowldge of Apple iPhone iOS
    • Proficient with hardware and software on the SkyPro device preferred
    • Experience with AirWatch, mobile device manager, content locker or similar applications preferred
    • Prior experience as a Flight Attendant preferred
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Ability to effectively to meet deadlines
    • Reliable and self-motivated
    • Analytical, interpretive and organizational skills
    • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization
    • Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs.
    • Withstand long periods of sitting. Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines
    • Ability to work additional hours including evenings and weekends
    • Some travel required
