Overview

The Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) Analyst supports the OAP mission to deliver precise analysis and comprehensive reporting of operational data, aiding Endeavor’s commitment to continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to generate insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive-level presentations.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and analyses to support divisional and operational leaders.
  • Understand the needs of the business, prototype data analytics solutions and tools, deploy enhancements, and coordinate with relevant business units to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting operational, safety, and customer service KPIs to help the company meet its goals and provide valuable service to customers.
  • Audit data to ensure accuracy; proactively identify and elevate solutions where inconsistencies may exist.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and monitor divisional and base performance goals and scorecards.
  • Conduct decision science projects using statistical modeling to address questions from senior leadership and drive decision-making, including developing predictive models and providing actionable insights.
  • Support Department of Transportation (DOT) reporting responsibilities through coordination with Delta Air Lines, data validation, and DOT report creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or a related quantitative field, or a combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analyst role preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar applications.
  • Experience in Python, SAS, Microsoft Excel, and/ or other database interface tools and languages is a plus.
  • Airline industry or operational experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively within given time parameters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on communication and problem resolution.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and possessing a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a high-profile environment with fluid priorities, ambiguity, and aggressive deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Full-time exempt position.
  • Can involve long periods of sitting. Computer work, repetitive motion such as typing.
  • Subject to critical deadlines.
  • Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
  • Some travel may be required.

Minimum Position Pay Range

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

USD $78,000.00/Yr.
