Overview

The Maintenance Systems Admin & Support Program Manager acts as the co-administer of the Endeavor Maintenance Tracking System, PMI, and RAMCO Database, and is the focal for customer support on programs managed by the MX Systems Quality & Support Team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Co-Administrator of PMI and RAMCO Database.
  • Provide Customer Support for Applications and Programs managed by the MX Systems & Support Team.
  • Troubleshoot reported system defects and follow through until resolution.
  • Interact with Delta IT and external vendors and contractors for PMI and related application issues.
  • Maintain and control PMI user profiles.
  • Maintain currency of PMI User Guide Content.
  • Assist in establishing and documenting workflow and procedures for back-office departments and assist in training back office-users for new processes required from system defect resolution.
  • Assist in coordinating with Endeavor business units and Delta IT regarding the implementation of PMI System updates and upgrades as necessary.
  • Assist in performing routine quality assurance surveillance of PMI.
  • Assist in providing automation systems technical support to business user groups.
  • Assist business units in building data reports and queries.
  • Assist with Feature Development and MX System PERFECT functions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Aviation Technical Operations preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in providing technical customer service support preferred.
  • Basic understanding of database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database query languages preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Full-time exempt position.
  • Repetitive motion such as typing and data entry.
  • Minimal physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
  • Computer work in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
  • Able to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Minimum Position Pay Range

USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

USD $95,000.00/Yr.
