Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator manages the day-to-day administration to support talent acquisition activities including recruiting, event schedules, and travel.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition and HR Team.
  • Point of contact for new hires to complete pre-employment requirements including communication, background check processing, fingerprinting, drug screens, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates based on compliance records, including documents in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and HRIS (Dayforce).
  • Complete data entry for recruitment activities and employment related programs such as new employee data, tracking in ATS and HRIS to ensure data integrity.
  • Responsible for maintaining, auditing and retaining employment records including but not limited to pre-employment information, fingerprinting (CHRC), and Form I-9.
  • Email candidates' interview confirmations, book flights/hotels, and update/manage the interview schedule.
  • Assist with recruitment event coordination, scheduling and processes.
  • Review a variety of hiring data as needed to support Talent Acquisition.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service or equivalent.
  • 1 year of aviation or airline experience is preferred.
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical, interpretive and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal, teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes and requirements preferred.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to work additional hours including evenings and weekends and travel up to 5% as needed.
  • Duties are performed in an office environment.
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. 
  • Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 40 pounds.

  • Ability to work additional hours including evenings and weekends as needed and the ability to travel up to 5%

Hourly

Minimum Position Pay Range

USD $24.85/Hr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

USD $26.00/Hr.
