Overview

The Supervisor, Crew Services Training is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering all new-hire training materials for Crew Services. This role conducts initial training for Crew Coordinators and assists with recurrent and supervisor-level training as needed. The position also supports the creation of new training initiatives that align with departmental needs and operational improvements, while overseeing on-the-job training and ensuring a smooth, complete onboarding experience for all new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver new-hire training for Crew Services, including classroom instruction, systems training, and hands-on learning.
  • Assist with recurrent and supervisor training by supporting content development, facilitation, and updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversee on-the-job training by coordinating training schedules, post on-the-job training rotations, and practical skill development to ensure new hires gain operational proficiency.
  • Ensure complete onboarding setup by overseeing the process of setting new employees up in all required systems, tools, and platforms needed for their role.
  • Create and revise training materials throughout the year based on procedural changes, system updates, and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and current manuals and documentation to ensure alignment with Crew Services processes and operational standards.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment by providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support that encourages engagement, growth, and continuous improvement.

Other Duties

  • Collaborate with Crew Coordinators, Supervisors, and Crew Services Leadership to improve existing training and department processes.
  • As the initial influencer on Endeavor Air’s behalf, it is expected that the trainer presents themselves in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 2 years of airline operations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to have crucial conversations that require a high level of written and verbal communications.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • PC proficiency required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • May be required to wear facial masks or other equipment as necessary and as dictated by safety standards to help protect self and others in the workplace.
  • Computer and phone work in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
  • Office environment can be fast-paced and demanding.
  • Work four (4) 10-hour days, 3 days off.
  • Typical work shifts are: 6am – 4 pm
  • Up to 10% travel may be required

USD $58,448.00/Yr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

USD $76,544.00/Yr.
