Overview

The Crew Resources Program Administrator provides systems administration, data management, analysis, and support to the Crew Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as business liaison for crew resources department to coordinate efforts for data analysis, integration, and utilization.
  • Responsible for the system maintenance, administration, and data management of crew resource systems (Ex. Rainmaker BI, Sabre/CAE data)
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Crew Resources team for the integration and management of current crew resource database(s) into the company data warehouse.
  • Coordinate with Operational Analytics on processes and procedures for operational use of various Rainmaker BI modules.
  • Research and log reported issues with the Rainmaker BI and Crew Pay Systems, coordinating a resolution with vendor.
  • Coordinate system updates and programming releases with other departments as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of essential data records through periodic audits of various databases.
  • Coordinate with Flight Operations, Inflight, Crew Planning, and Crew Services to ensure coding and procedures are in place to support the union contracts, FAR requirements, Company and departmental policies.
  • Create data mining queries from system databases and generate reports for comprehensive analysis.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc status reports for management team.
  • Assist Crew Pay team as needed to implement enhanced auditing procedures, conduct systems training, and provide crewmember support.
  • Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a systems administrator and/or analyst role.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and labor contract interpretation.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Rainmaker Business Intelligence preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization software preferred (such as Tableau).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
  • Repetitive motion such as: typing and phone work.
  • Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
  • Up to 5% travel.

USD $53,800.00/Yr.
