The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads the day-to-day activities, development, and management of the Endeavor FP&A team, acting as a dynamic, high-performing leader who operates as a true financial thought partner to the business – not simply a reporter of results.
This role owns the financial outlook for Endeavor, proactively identifies risks and opportunities, and is expected to know what good looks like in FP&A: bringing best-practice thinking, a bias for continuous improvement, and the independence to drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight. The individual will regularly engage with and present to senior leadership – including VPs and the C-suite – and must have the experience, confidence, and executive presence to do so credibly.
This role leads a team of finance professionals focused on creating value in partnership with Endeavor business units through meaningful, insight-driven analysis that optimizes financial and operational performance.
