The Air Traffic Manager assists in overseeing and coordinating daily operations as they relate to ATC Traffic Flow Management constraints. This role involves tactical interaction with the Delta OCC Strategic Planning Team as well as the FAA System Command Center (ATCSCC). The Ground Operations Quality Assurance & Performance Analyst is responsible for Endeavor Air’s Aircraft Appearance Program, assists the Manager of Ground Operations/ACS in administering the Ground Operations Quality Assurance Program, and helps to ensure DOT compliance.
This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota will serve as an HR partner to create, promote, and maintain positive employee relations by providing advice and support to operating units in the day-to-day management of both union and non-union employee relations, including the development, implementation, and administration of both Company-wide and individual operating unit policies, procedures, and programs.
The Maintenance Controller has exposure to the overall airline operation.
