The Designated Station Trainer (DST) will be responsible for all Structured On The Job (SJOT) training, progress and results for the base. There will be one DST per base, the incumbents will remain as an active technician although not be part of the normal bidding process. DST’s will receive a premium of $1.50/hr and will retain their current premiums, with the exception of Lead.
