Manage the day-to-day administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs, as well as assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the company’s strategic human resources initiatives to meet business objectives.
The Maintenance Controller has exposure to the overall airline operation. The Controller provides technical oversight and coordinates the repair of aircraft, makes decisions associated with maintaining scheduled operations and works directly with operation side of the Operations Control Center. In addition to providing direction for aircraft maintenance, the position interfaces with Technical Operations and other departments to provide a solid understanding of the overall airline operation.
The Maintenance Operations Technical Representative’s (MOTR) primary duties are to identify and correct repetitive or AOG maintenance problems, plan and direct efforts of maintenance personnel in repairing aircraft. Enhance both operational and economical performance capabilities of the aircraft fleet.
The primary responsibility of the Manager, Security Compliance and Emergency Management position is to ensure that Endeavor Air is in compliance with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Customs & Border Protection regulations and policies.
The Reliability Analyst compiles and provides daily/monthly aircraft technical performance reports and metrics to the technical operations team. Reliability Analysts also compile and distribute various reports to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to satisfy regulatory requirements.
The Supply Chain and Finance Support Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations Systems Support, supports the Materials and Finance units to support them in their use of PMI, RAMCO database, and other Supply Chain systems.
